Russian Helicopters, JSC policy on indigenously produced helicopters’ after sale support in regard of aviation-technical equipment supplies
Top-quality after sales support is a high priority for us. We are working hard to establish a network of qualified ATE suppliers as well as to introduce an up-to-date after sales support system for rotorcraft produced by Russian Helicopters’ enterprises. One important step was the introduction of a procedure for approving ATE suppliers, which was introduced in October 2010.
We have listened to the concerns of government and state authorities, aviation administrations and air carriers operating Russia-made helicopters locally and abroad regarding counterfeit spare parts in circulation, and are taking active measures to address them.
Russian Helicopters continuously seeks to prevent the use of non-authentic spare parts. The Company advises that, in addition to bona fide ATE suppliers there are a number of commercial companies producing and distributing counterfeit spare parts both in Russia and abroad.
As per the results of this procedure every approved company-ATE supplier shall be entered in the list of approved suppliers and issued an appropriate certificate.
