Andrei Shibitov, COO

Born in 1961. After graduating from the Kharkov Aviation Institute in 1988, Mr. Shibitov served as engineer at the Rostov Helicopter Production Enterprise (now Rostvertol, JSC) in the controls and transmission department. While working at the Enterprise, he taught aircraft and helicopter construction, aero- and hydrodynamics at the Rostov Aviation College.
From 1992 to 1996 – senior engineer at Rostvertol, modernization of the military transport Mi-24, then senior engineer – prospective Mi-28 attack helicopter. From 1996 – Deputy to Director General, head of senior engineers, Mi-24, Mi-26, and Mi-28.
From 1996 to 1997 – head of Special Helicopter Programs engineering company within Rostvertol. From 1997 – Foreign Trade Director at Rostvertol. In 2000 – Deputy CEO for marketing and international sales. From 2004 – CEO of the Moscow Mil Helicopter Plant. Since 2007 – CEO of Russian Helicopters.



Igor Pshenichniy, First Deputy COO, Sales & Marketing
Born in 1959. Graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute as mechanic engineer in 1983 and The Institute of Business and Business Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2002 as director of economy and finance.

From 2003 to 2004 – Director General of autonomous nonprofit organization Russian-American Institute of Natural Monopolies Regulation Problems & Energy Conservation.
From 2004 to 2006 – Kamov-Holding, Deputy CEO, Sales.
From 2006 to 2008 – CEO, Kamov, JSC.

Sergey Yarkovoy, First Deputy COO,  Corporate Finance and Development
Born in 1976. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology of Applied Mathematics and Economy in 1999 with a specialisation in applied mathematics and physics.

Born in 1951. Graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute in 1974, majoring in Aeronautical instrument engineering, and in 1994 – the All-Russia Academy for Foreign Trade, majoring in International economic relations.
From 1985 to 2007 – senior department officer, deputy head of department, head of department, deputy head of administration, head of administration of the Export Department of Special Equipment and Air Force Services in FSUE Rosoboronexport.
From 1987 to 1990 – Senior engineer at the representative office of GTU GKES in Syria.
From 1995 to 1999 – head of the representative office of FSUE Rosoboronexport in Kuwait.
From 2007 to 2008 – head of foreign trade department at UIC Oboronprom.
Since 2008 – Deputy CEO, Sales, at Russian Helicopters.



Vladimir Makareykin, Director, Strategy and State Programmes
Born in 1956. Graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute in 1979.
From 2003 to 2004 – Counsellor for CEO, UIC Oboronprom.
In 2004 – Deputy CEO for Corporate Management and Development, Moscow Mil Helicopter Plant.
From 2005 to 2007 – head of the Strategic Development Committee – Deputy Director of Helicopter Programs, UIC Oboronprom.

Born in 1956. Graduated from the Moscow Aviation Technological Institute in 1978.
Has been working at the Moscow Mil Helicopter Plant since 1978.
From 1999 to 2002 – head of the Development Design Office of the Moscow Mil Helicopter Plant.
From 2002 to 2005 – Deputy CEO for Manufacture, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Moscow Mil Helicopter Plant.
